White Earth Tribal Health Systems welcomes Mary Lynne-Billy Old Coyote, MBA, PMP, PBA, SHRM-CP, PHR, as Chief Executive Officer. She began her role on September 28, 2026.
Mary Lynne is an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe of Rocky Boy, Montana. She brings executive healthcare leadership experience across Tribal, federal Indian Health Service, and urban Indian health systems, including service as Chief Operations Officer of the Indian Health Service Uintah-Ouray Service Unit and as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer of Rocky Boy Health Center.
Her experience includes health system operations, financial stewardship, strategic planning, workforce development, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and partnership development. She is committed to integrating traditional healing practices, community voice, and culturally grounded approaches into modern healthcare.
Mary Lynne will work with the Health Board, Tribal leadership, employees, and the community to build a strong, sustainable, and culturally aligned health system for future generations.
